Abstract:
Provided is a pipe joint that can be easily assembled and a pipe connection method. The pipe joint comprises: a tube member that can partially cover a first pipe being inserted thereinto from one end and partially cover a second pipe being inserted thereinto from the other end opposite to the one end; a first body having a first through-hole capable of covering at least a part of a portion of the tube member that covers the first pipe; and a second body having a second through-hole capable of covering at least a part of a portion of the tube member that covers the second pipe. The first body and the second body can be engaged with each other, and are configured so as to seal a gap between the first pipe and the tube member and a gap between the second pipe and the tube member when the first body and the second body are engaged.
