Abstract:
Provided is a work machine attachment connected to a work machine arm, wherein even when a pipe is bent at a predetermined angle with respect to a to-be-joined pipe and joined thereto in a trench in the ground, the attachment, which is for joining pipes, makes it possible to easily position an insertion opening of the pipe with respect to a socket of the to-be-joined pipe. A pipe-joining attachment 1 of a work machine has: an arm-connecting part 11 connected to an arm of the work machine; a grasping part 12 that grasps a pipe W1; and a to-be-joined pipe contact part 15 that, with respect to the grasping part 12, is positioned in the axial direction of an insertion opening W1a of the pipe W1 grasped by the grasping part 12, and that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface, on a socket W2a side, of a to-be-joined pipe W2 joined to the pipe W1.
