Abstract:
A pipe jacking construction method in a low-temperature environment, anti-freezing thixotropic mud and a preparation method. The pipe jacking construction method comprises the following steps: step I, preparing anti-freezing thixotropic mud; step II, heating the anti-freezing thixotropic mud; and step III, conveying the anti-freezing thixotropic mud. The prepared anti-freezing thixotropic mud is introduced into a mud pit for storage, the anti-freezing thixotropic mud is heated in the mud pit to the temperature required by normal construction, and then the heated anti-freezing thixotropic mud is introduced into a fluid pipe and conveyed to a construction position to complete grouting. A pipeline heater is further provided on the fluid pipe. The use of anti-freezing thixotropic mud can reduce the freezing of the mud in the periphery of the pipe, and the heating of the mud in the mud pit and heating of the mud entering the fluid pipe can effectively prevent the mud from failing or freezing, thereby ensuring the continuity of pipe jacking construction in the low temperature environment.
