Claims:
CLAIMS A pipe clamp (1) that can be tightened with the drill, chargeable drill, or screwdriver, characterized in that it comprises at least one upper clamp part (la), at least one lower clamp part (lb) connected to the upper clamp part (la) by at least one connecting element, at least one triphone part (1c) with a structure integrated with the lower clamp part (lb), at least one tightening slot (Id) located in the lower clamp part (lb), at least one hole (le) located in the upper clamp part (la) to tighten the clamp (1) and suitable for insertion of the tightening bit of a suitable tightening tool. A clamp (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises holding rubbers (If) with at least one hole on the upper clamp part (la) and the lower clamp part (lb). A clamp (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the hole (le) has a hexagonal form.

Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a pipe clamp with triphone that can be tightened with a drill, chargeable drill, or screwdriver.

The State of The Art of the Invention (Prior Art)

The clamps used in the known art are mounted by holding the body of the clamp from the section holding the pipe to be mounted and tightening it to the desired position. Since the tightening process is carried out manually, this process is quite exhausting and this causes hand injuries, stress, damage to the clamp, and a great waste of time.

Summary and Objects of the Invention

The main object of the pipe clamp developed with the present invention is to provide tightening by attaching tightening tips, bits with a drill, chargeable drill, and screwdriver to the surface to be tightened.

Another object of the invention is to develop a pipe clamp that eliminates the injury and stress problems experienced in the manual tightening process, enables the tightening process to be performed in a much shorter time, and protects the clamp from being damaged.

Detailed Description of the Invention

A pipe clamp that can be tightened with a drill, chargeable drill, or screwdriver is developed with the present invention.

The pipe clamp (1) developed with the present invention comprises at least one upper clamp part (la), at least one lower clamp part (lb) connected to the upper clamp part (la) by at least one connecting element, at least one triphone part (1c) with a structure integrated with the lower clamp part (lb), at least one tightening slot (Id) located in the lower clamp part (lb), at least one hole (le) located in the upper clamp part (la) to tighten the clamp (1) and suitable for insertion of the tightening bit of a suitable tightening tool.

The pipe clamp (1) developed with the invention includes a tightening slot (Id) in the lower clamp part (lb), and a tightening bit of a tool (M), such as a drill and screwdriver, is inserted into the tightening slot (Id) passing through the hole (le) in the upper clamp part (la). Tightening and removing processes are performed with this hole (le) and the tightening slot (Id). The bit used for tightening and removing processes can be star, square, alien, flat, torx, and various bits. The clamp (1) can be with or without a rubber. The hole (le) can have any shape suitable for the tightening bit of the tightening tool and in the preferred embodiment of the invention, it has a hexagonal form.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the clamp (1) comprises holding rubbers (If) with at least one hole on the upper clamp part (la) and the lower clamp part (lb). Said holding rubbers (If) hold the pipe tightly and prevent the up and down, right and left shifts, and the noises that may arise from vibrations.

The clamp (1) developed with the invention is tightened by attaching a tightening tip, bits with the drill, chargeable drill, or screwdriver to the surface to be tightened. In this way, the problem of injury and stress in the manual tightening process is eliminated, the tightening process can be performed in a much shorter time and the clamp is protected from being damaged.
