Abstract:
Provided is a pinch valve wherein a fluid inside a pipe body does not flow to the outside of the pinch valve even if the pipe body has broken. A pinch valve (1) comprises: a valve unit (2); a pipe body (3) in the interior of which a flow passage is formed, and which is accommodated in the valve unit (2); a pressing part (4) that deforms the pipe body (3) by pressing or releasing the pressing of the pipe body (3), thereby opening/closing the flow passage; and a drive unit (5) for driving the pressing part (4). The pinch valve further comprises a seal unit for sealing against the transfer of fluid between the exterior of the pinch valve (1) and a space in the vicinity of the outer surface of the pipe body (3).
