Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a holding part for holding a tube capable of allowing a fluid to flow therethrough, a pressing surface having a surface that is in contact with a pinch tube held by the holding part and is formed into a curved shape, a pinch rod that is disposed so as to oppose the pressing surface via the pinch tube and has a part in contact with the pinch tube that is formed roughly into the same shape and diameter as the pressing surface and has a width (d) that is roughly 1.5 times the thickness of the pinch tube, and a drive means that closes or opens the pinch tube by driving so as to vary the distance between the pressing surface and pinch rod. As a result, the optimization of the pinch valve pressing surface, pinch rod shape, and pinch rod pinching amount makes it possible to enhance device maintainability through the minimization of the deformation of the pinch tube, which is a part needing periodic replacement.
