Abstract:
A pilot-operated electronic unloading valve, relating to the technical field of electronic control of fluid machinery, and comprising an electromagnetic valve (L). The electromagnetic valve (L) comprises a valve core (1a), a pick-up coil (1b), and a reset spring (1c). The unloading valve further comprises a loading pipe (2), a separation membrane (3), a main unloading pipe (4), a pilot transition hole (5), a pilot pressure relief hole (6), and a sealing element (7). Accordingly to the unloading valve, the use of the layout form of non-contact high pressure gas for main electronic components effectively improves the working reliability; the use of an overall design form of external-hanging quick-insertion assembly effectively achieves quick and flexible installation, and reduces the production cost and the later operation and maintenance cost; and the use of an advanced pilot-operated unloading mode realizes high working reliability and long service life of the unloading valve in principle. Only by introducing a weak current or even only by means of a weak-elasticity reset spring (1c) without a current, the main unloading pipe (4) can be normally closed for a long time, namely, the unloading valve can be normally closed under a weak current, so that mechanical parts and electronic components can be processed according to a low-load design principle, and the working reliability of the unloading valve can thus be improved. Providing the electronic unloading valve on a compressor system effectively ensures the working reliability of the compressor system, and can reduce the production cost of the compressor system.
