Provided in the present invention are a pilot control system, an integrated valve block and an operation machine. The present invention relates to the field of hydraulic control. The pilot control system comprises a decompression overflow valve and a first electromagnetic reversing valve, wherein an oil inlet of the decompression overflow valve is connected to a main path pressure oil port, an oil outlet of the decompression overflow valve is connected to an oil inlet of the first electromagnetic reversing valve, and an oil outlet of the first electromagnetic reversing valve is in communication with a main valve pilot oil port. By means of the pilot control system provided in the present invention, main path pressure oil is decompressed by means of the decompression overflow valve and then serves as pilot oil of the pilot control system, and the first electromagnetic reversing valve is arranged to control a main valve pilot port, so as to make a pilot oil path controllable, and a pilot oil pump in the prior art is replaced by decompressing the main path pressure oil by means of the decompression overflow valve, thereby reducing the cost.
