Abstract:
A pig and a pipeline cleaning system using the pig. The pig comprises a body (100), cleaning portions (110) being provided on the surface of the body, wherein the cleaning portions are configured to have an electrically conductive structure, and when the pig moves inside a pipeline (200) to be cleaned, the cleaning portions can push out dust particles inside said pipeline to a tail end thereof and can conduct out static electricity generated by means of contact friction with an inner wall of said pipeline. In the present application, by using the electrical conductivity of the cleaning portions, static electricity generated while the pig cleans a pipeline is conducted out by means of the pipeline, and thus the static electricity is effectively prevented from accumulating on the cleaning portions and the surface of the pig to react with dangerous dust particles, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect on the pipeline, and also ensuring the safety of the process of the pig clearing the dust particles inside the pipeline, and avoiding safety accidents such as combustion and explosion.
