A piezoelectric valve comprising an actuator which has a valve body and which drives the valve body, a valve seat plate which has a valve seat that comes in contact with and separates from the valve body and a discharge path and which fixes the actuator, and a main body case which receives the valve seat plate, wherein the actuator comprises a piezoelectric element which generates, as a displacement, a driving force required for operating the valve body and a displacement enlarging mechanism which enlarges the displacement of the piezoelectric element to cause the displacement to act on the valve body, wherein the main body case comprises a gas supply port to which a compressed gas is supplied and a gas discharge port from which the compressed gas supplied from the gas supply port is discharged through the discharge path of the valve seat plate as a result of the separation between the valve body and the valve seat, and wherein the valve seat plate is fixed to the main body case at a forward portion on a side having the discharge path and a backward portion on a side for fixing the actuator.
