Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a piezoelectric sensor and a production method therefor, an elastic wave sensor and a production method therefor, and an interactive tablet and a production method therefor. For the scenario of an interactive tablet, the piezoelectric sensor comprises a piezoelectric structure body and an electrode, wherein the electrode covers part of a surface of the piezoelectric structure body. The operating frequency of the piezoelectric sensor matches a material frequency, and the material frequency is the frequency, which is used for distinguishing the material of a touch object, in an elastic wave generated by using the touch object, such as the hand or a stylus, to touch a screen of the interactive tablet. Under this condition, by means of the piezoelectric sensor, the sensitivity of detecting the elastic wave generated by using a conventional interactive-tablet touch object, such as the hand or a stylus, to write on the screen of the interactive tablet can be enhanced, such that the piezoelectric sensor detects the elastic wave generated when the touch object touches the surface of the screen, so as to generate a high-quality elastic wave signal, thereby improving the accuracy of testing the material of the touch object, such as the hand or the stylus, in the scenario of the interactive tablet, and providing a sensing basis for adding a material identification function to the interactive tablet.
