Abstract:
The present application relates to a photovoltaic module manufacturing method, and a photovoltaic module (100). The photovoltaic module manufacturing method comprises the following steps: pre-cutting a silicon wafer to form two or more silicon wafer bodies; manufacturing the silicon wafer bodies into cells (110), and forming gate lines (130)on the cells (110); and respectively bonding the two or more cells (110) to two opposite sides of solder strips (120) by means of a bonding material to form an interconnection repeating unit. The method of respectively bonding the cells (110) to the solder strips (120) by means of the bonding material comprises: laying the solder strips (120) on surfaces of the cells (110), wherein bonding portions (111) are provided on the surfaces of the cells (110), and the solder strips (120) are connected to the bonding portions (111) by means of the bonding material; and simultaneously performing illumination and heating treatments on the interconnection repeating unit, or separately performing illumination and heating treatments on the bonding material and the solder strips (120), such that the bonding material is cured, and the cells (110) are electrically connected to the solder strips (120). The illumination and heating treatment processes are beneficial to avoiding bending of the solder strips (120).
