Abstract:
A phase change material adsorption reinforced device for separating ultrafine dust in high-temperature gas, comprising a filter cylinder body (5), wherein one side of the filter cylinder body (5) is communicated with an air inlet pipeline (1) and the other side is communicated with an exhaust pipeline (7). The upper and lower ends of the filter cylinder body (5) are respectively provided with a composite ceramic ball feeding pipeline (4) and a composite ceramic ball discharging pipeline (9). A composite ceramic ball is arranged in the filter cylinder body (5). The lower end of the composite ceramic ball discharging pipeline (9) of the filter cylinder body (5) is sequentially communicated with a composite ceramic ball separation area (11), a cooler (12), a particle detection area (13) and a ceramic ball regeneration area (15). The composite ceramic ball is composed of a ceramic solid microsphere of 10-100 μm and a glass layer or a liquefiable silicide attached to the surface of the ceramic solid microsphere and having a phase change temperature point determined according to the temperature of high-temperature flue gas to be treated. Also disclosed is a phase change material adsorption reinforced method for separating ultrafine dust in high-temperature gas by using the separation device.
