Abstract:

The present invention is provided with a petroleum residue supply facility that produces petroleum residue, a petroleum residue use facility provided with a petroleum residue fired boiler that uses, as fuel, petroleum residue transported from the petroleum residue supply facility, and a control device. The control device acquires residue information relating to the type, composition, or properties of the petroleum residue transported from the petroleum residue supply facility and executes combustion control of the petroleum residue used in the petroleum residue fired boiler on the basis of the acquired residue information.
