Abstract:

Disclosed is a personnel protection system (100), for preventing a collision between an industrial device and a worker in a workshop scene. The industrial device has at least one operating mechanism capable of moving at one or more degrees of freedom. The personnel protection system comprises a positioning and movement information obtaining subsystem (101) and a control subsystem (103), wherein the positioning and movement information obtaining subsystem (101) detects or obtains an operating mechanism of each industrial device and a real-time position and real-time movement information about each worker, and the control subsystem (103) obtains a real-time distance between each industrial device and the worker based on the real-time position, obtains a real-time warning distance and a real-time safety critical distance based on the operating mechanism of each industrial device and a geometrical structure parameter of and the real-time movement information about the worker, and takes corresponding safety measures when the real-time distance is respectively less than or equal to the real-time warning distance and the real-time critical distance.
