Abstract:
This permanent magnet-type rotary electric machine is provided with: a stator (1) comprising a stator core (2) which has a plurality of stator teeth (5) disposed in the circumferential direction, a stator coil (4) which is disposed at the bottom side of a plurality of stator slots (3) formed between the stator teeth (5) and is concentratedly wound on the stator teeth (5), and stator magnets (6) formed at the opening side of the plurality of stator slots (3); a first rotor (10) which has a plurality of pole pieces (11) and is provided coaxially with the stator (1) in a manner as to face the stator magnets (6); and a second rotor (20) which has a plurality of permanent magnets and is provided coaxially with the first rotor (10) in a manner as to face the first rotor (10). The circumferential width of a portion of a stator tooth (50) sandwiched between adjoining two of the stator magnets is smaller than the circumferential width of the stator slots (3).
