Abstract:
The present invention provides a pelvic floor muscle group EMS exercise device capable of preventing urine leakage, fecal leakage, uterine prolapse and rectal prolapse. The present invention also provides a pelvic floor muscle group EMS exercise device that leads to improvement in sexual function by training the pelvic floor muscle group. A pelvic floor muscle group EMS exercise device (1) has a waterproof structure and comprises: an EMS unit (2), which is an electrical stimulator with an integrated USB charging terminal (10), which has a plurality of electrodes (3) installed therein, and which applies electrical stimulation to locations corresponding to the pelvic floor muscles; and two buttock depressions (11), (12) for placing the left and right buttocks on both sides of the EMS unit (2). The pelvic floor muscle group EMS exercise device (1) is structured to come into close contact with the pelvic floor muscles of the user when the user is seated.
