A packaging bag with a spout, said packaging bag being provided with a container main body that contains a content, and a spout member for pouring the content from the container main body. The spout member comprises: a base part that is fitted to the container main body; and a spout tube part that is provided with a flow channel through which the content is poured. The container main body is formed of a polyethylene film; while the spout member is a molded body of a polyethylene.
