Abstract:
There are provided a communication control apparatus (8) and a multiplex control apparatus (9). When receiving a connection request including a destination telephone number from a VoIP terminal, the communication control apparatus (8) retrieves the IP address responding to that destination telephone number. The multiplex control apparatus (9) determines both a multiplex transmission apparatus (11 or 10) having control over the VoIP terminal related to the IP address retrieved by the communication control apparatus (8) and a multiplex transmission apparatus (10 or 11) having control over the VoIP terminal that has transmitted the connection request, and then notifies each multiplex transmission apparatus (10,11) of the IP address of the VoIP terminal and that of the other multiplex transmission apparatus (11 or 10).
