Abstract:
Provided is a packaging opening knife 1, according to the present disclosure, wherein a main body portion 3 includes: an elongated grip portion 7; a cover portion 9 that covers so that a cutting edge 5A is not exposed to the outside; an accommodating portion 8 that connects a head portion X1 side of the grip portion 7 to a back side Y2 of the cover portion 9 and accommodates the cutting edge 5A; and an insertion portion 10 that is formed by an end surface 7A of the head portion X1 side of the grip portion 7 and an end surface 9A of a belly side Y1 of the cover portion 9 and that is open to the belly side Y1. The accommodating portion 8 includes a protrusion 8A that protrudes from the end surface 7A of the head portion X1 side of the grip portion 8 and extends from the belly side Y1 to the back side Y2. The cover portion 9 includes a recess 9B that faces the protrusion 8A from the end surface 9A of the belly side Y1 through to the end surface 9C of the back side Y2.
