Abstract:
Disclosed are a packaged light-emitting unit, a display apparatus and a manufacturing method for the packaged light-emitting unit. The packaged light-emitting unit at least comprises a substrate unit, a drive circuit unit located on the substrate unit and at least one light-emitting chip arranged to be stacked or side by side with the drive circuit unit, the at least one light-emitting chip being electrically connected to the drive circuit unit.
