Abstract:
Damage caused by diseases is still significant in crop production such as in agriculture and horticulture. Thus, there has been a demand for the development of a novel agricultural/horticultural microbicide since there have been outbreaks of diseases resistant to existing chemicals. The present invention provides: an agricultural/horticultural microbicide containing, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by general formula (I) (in the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C6)alkyl group, or the like, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C6)alkyl group, or the like, and X1 and X2 each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like) or a salt thereof; and a method for using same.
