Abstract:
An overload impact-resistant planetary reducer, comprising a gear surface portion made of a rigid material, and an elastically deformable buffer portion. The buffer portion is made of a material having certain stiffness and being elastically deformable under an impact force, and is coaxially nested with the gear surface portion to form a reducer component capable of preventing overload impact. The planetary reducer is elastically deformable under the impact force, effectively absorbs energy generated during overload impact to protect transmission parts such as gears, and is simple in structure and practical. The present invention further relates to the overload impact-resistant planetary reducer, a robot joint, and a quadruped robot.
