Abstract:
An anti-icing deicing device for being fixedly mounted between two different potential components of an overhead line or an electric railway catenary, relating to the technical field of anti-icing and deicing of overhead lines or electric railway catenaries. The device comprises a moving mechanism (105) and an insulating component (106) which are connected in series. The moving mechanism (105) comprises a base (200), a moving portion (1) and an electric driving assembly. The electric driving assembly is provided on the base (200) and comprises a motor (11) and a clutch mechanism having a set separation state duration. When the clutch mechanism is engaged, the electric driving assembly drives the moving portion (1) to move relative to the base (200), and when the clutch mechanism is separated, the electric driving assembly cuts off driving force for the moving portion (1) relative to the base (200), and the moving portion (1) losing the driving force is quickly reset under the action of tension and/or gravity between two different potential components in an overhead line tower line system or an electric railway catenary tower network system, so that relative movement between the two different potential components is caused, and at least one component therein moves quickly to generate an acceleration, thereby shaking off ice on the component.
