Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an outdoor unit and an air conditioner device with which it is possible to smoothly switch the flow paths of two serially arranged four-way valves. A first partition part (136b) includes a first bypass structure (155b) for bypassing a refrigerant when the pressure in a first pressure compartment (134b) is higher than the pressure in a void (140b). A second partition part (137b) includes a second bypass structure (154b) for bypassing the refrigerant when the pressure in a second pressure compartment (135b) is higher than the pressure in the void (140b). A pilot valve (702b): communicates, during a cooling operation, one of a first high-pressure connection pipe (131b) and a low-pressure connection pipe (132b) to a first communication pipe (147b) communicating with the first pressure compartment (134b); and communicates, during a heating operation, the other of the first high-pressure connection pipe (131b) and the low-pressure connection pipe (132b) to a second communication pipe (157b) communicating with the second pressure compartment (135b). The outdoor unit is provided with a variable-flow-path-resistance mechanism (51) for varying the resistance of the flow paths of the refrigerant to the first pressure compartment (134b) and the second pressure compartment (135b).
