Abstract:
The present invention relates to an orifice-type disc steam trap and, more particularly, to an orifice-type disc steam trap capable of minimizing steam discharge by utilizing an advantage of a conventional disc-type steam trap in conjunction with an advantage of an orifice-type steam trap, easily discharging condensed water, and facilitating maintenance and repair of the steam trap to use for a long time. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a body including an inlet through which condensed water flows into and enters the trap, an outlet through which the condensed water is discharged, and a passage vertically defined between the inlet and the outlet; a disc configured to open and close the passage; a pressure varying chamber in which the disc is vertically movable; a disc discharge hole connected to the outlet in the pressure varying chamber to discharge the condensed water while the disc ascends; and an orifice part disposed between the passage and the outlet.
