Abstract:
The present invention inhibits an organic solvent having revolatilized during a stop of an organic-solvent recovery system from being adsorbed onto an adsorbing/desorbing element. A first channel (F1) is a passage through which a gas to be treated is introduced into a condensation/recovery device (10). A second channel (F2) is a passage for a cooled gas from the condensation/recovery device (10) to an adsorption/desorption device (50). A first on/off valve (101) has been provided to the first channel (F1) and blocks/unblocks the first channel (F1). A second on/off valve (102) has been provided to the second channel (F2) and blocks/unblocks the second channel (F2). A gas feed passage (110) is connected to somewhere between the first on/off valve (101) and the condensation/recovery device (10). The gas feed passage (110) is a passage for feeding an inert gas to the condensation/recovery device (10). A gas discharge passage (120) is a passage for the inert gas discharged from the condensation/recovery device (10).
