Abstract:
An optoacoustic effect based nanofluid anti-agglomeration device, comprising a support module, a photoacoustic conversion module, a motion module, and a control module, wherein the support module is composed of a support (1) and screws (2), and is used for supporting the photoacoustic conversion module and the motion module; the photoacoustic conversion module is composed of a nanosecond laser (13), a lens holder (14), a lens (12), a quartz optical fiber (11), an optical fiber holder (9), gold nanoparticles (16), a nano-gold solution tank (17), and bolts (19), and can realize photoacoustic conversion to generate supersonic wave; the motion module comprises a servo motor (5), a dovetail guide rail (6), a lead screw nut (7), a fixing plate (8), a guide rail sliding block (10), and a deep groove ball bearing (15), and is used for supporting the photoacoustic conversion module, and realizing combined movement of the photoacoustic conversion module; the control module is composed of a loading plate (3) and a CCD (4), and is used for timely control of the motion module. The optoacoustic effect based nanofluid anti-agglomeration device can effectively, rapidly and accurately solve the nanofluid agglomeration problem.
