Abstract:
Disclosed are an optimization design method for a ROPS frame top beam, and a construction machine cab. The design method comprises: by means of analyzing the bending moment stress value of a mechanical model of a portal-type statically indeterminate structure, obtaining a ratio of a moment of inertia I between a top beam and a column when the maximum bending moment stresses of the top beam and the column are equal, i.e., an optimum ratio relationship of a cross-sectional moment of inertia of the top beam and the column, so as to realize lightweight design of a ROPS frame.
