Abstract:
An optical phased array circuit, a transmitting device and a signal transmission system, which are applied to the field of beamforming in wireless radio-frequency signal transmission. The optical phased array circuit is used for: receiving first optical signals having different wavelengths and a reference optical signal, and a plurality of electrical signals having different center frequencies; obtaining a second optical signal by means of modulating the plurality of electrical signals to the first optical signals, wherein the second optical signal comprises a plurality of modulated optical signals, and the plurality of modulated optical signals are optical signals obtained by means of respectively modulating the plurality of corresponding electrical signals to the first optical signals; separating, from the second optical signal, a plurality of modulated sideband optical signals corresponding to the plurality of modulated optical signals, wherein the modulated sideband optical signal is a modulated lower sideband signal or a modulated upper sideband signal of the corresponding modulated optical signal; and respectively performing beat frequency processing on the modulated sideband optical signals and the reference optical signal, so as to obtain radio-frequency signals of different frequency bands and transmitting same, such that more radio-frequency signals of different frequency bands are generated without increasing the number of optical signals having different wavelengths.
