Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an optical measuring device capable of efficiently cooling a sample tube and a tube holder. This optical measuring device is provided with a measuring mechanism and a heating mechanism. The measuring mechanism includes: a light source unit which radiates measurement light onto a sample accommodated in a sample tube; a light receiving unit which detects detection light from the sample; a first optical path forming body which forms a first optical path through which the measurement light from the light source unit passes; a second optical path forming body which forms a second optical path through which the detection light from the sample passes; and a tube holder which is provided between the first optical path forming body and the second optical path forming body and in which a tube receiving recess for receiving the sample tube is formed. The heating mechanism heats the sample tube by way of the tube holder. An entrance hole allowing the measurement light to enter the sample, and an exit hole allowing the detection light from the sample to exit are formed in the tube holder, and the tube holder is formed from a metal material.
