Abstract:
An optical communication device according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document is characterized by comprising: a first optical element; a second optical element capable of performing optical communication with the first optical element; a printed circuit board (PCB) on which the first optical element and the second optical element are disposed; and a first conformal coating layer made of polymer and coated on at least a portion of the surface of the PCB, wherein the optical communication is performed using the first conformal coating layer as an optical waveguide.
