Abstract:
[Problem] While the data size of operation information collected from a fluid control apparatus is decreased, the precision of analysis based on the operation information is guaranteed. [Solution] This operation information collection system for a fluid control apparatus, in the form of an operation information collection module (5), comprises a detection value acquisition unit (51) that acquires, from the fluid control apparatus (V1), detection values for apparatus operations in which opening and closing operations are detectable or for state changes, a calculation processing unit (53) that calculates a rate of change of the detection values over a segment of prescribed duration on the basis of the detection values, and an operation information recording unit (54) that records the rate of change of the detection values over the segment of prescribed duration as operation information on the fluid control apparatus (V1) in an operation information storage unit (55).
