Abstract:
An operating system and method for an ERCP surgical robot. The operating system comprises: an operating table (1), a patient lying on the operating table (1); an endoscope execution end device (2); an endoscope accessory operating end device (3); a console (4), comprising an operating handle (41), a pedal switch (42) and a 3D handle (43); and a display screen (5) for human-computer interaction. The operating handle (41), the pedal switch (42), the 3D handle (43) and a touch screen (44) on the console (4) control an endoscopic forceps lifting device control module (21), a knob control module (22), a catheter driving module (23) and a water vapor suction control module (24) on the endoscope execution end device (2). A guide wire driving module (31) on the endoscope accessory operating end device (3) remotely controls the insertion and feeding of a guide wire or catheter, thereby completing an operation. The present invention reduces damage to an operator caused by long-term radiation of operations, and avoids hand trembling when a doctor operates. The operation handle (41) is configured as an endoscope operating part structure, so that a doctor can adapt to a handle control mode with little learning, and thus the convenience of use is improved.
