Abstract:
Provided is an open-type vibration isolator, comprising a penetrating pre-embedded outer sleeve, a rubber spring disposed below the outer sleeve, a spring supporting plate, a height adjustment gasket and a locking gasket. Thus, impact energy during train operation can be absorbed by means of the rubber spring, and vibration reduction and noise reduction effects are achieved. In addition, the rigidity of the rubber spring is easy to adjust, and therefore the rubber spring can be suitable for various road sections with different vibration reduction requirements. Specifically, the outer sleeve is fixedly embedded in a ballast bed plate, and the rubber spring is disposed below the outer sleeve, thus the vibration isolator in the present invention is an open-type vibration isolator. The rubber spring is exposed out of the lower portion of the ballast bed plate, such that mounting is convenient, and the rubber spring can be conveniently checked from the gap between the ballast bed plate and a substrate after mounting is completed, while subsequent maintenance is facilitated.
