An open headphone (10), comprising: a sound production portion (11); and an ear hook, the ear hook comprising a first part (121) and a second part (122) connected in sequence, the first part (121) being hung between the auricle and the head of a user, and the second part (122) extending towards the front outer side of the auricle and being connected to the sound production portion, so that the sound production portion is worn at a position near the ear canal but does not block the ear canal opening, wherein the open headphone and the auricle respectively have a first projection and an eighth projection on a sagittal plane, a first distance is formed between the centroid of the sound production portion (11) in the first projection and the highest point of the eighth projection in the vertical axis direction, and the ratio of the first distance to the height of the eighth projection in the vertical axis direction ranges from 0.35 to 0.6; in a non-wearing state, the distance between the centroid of the projection of the sound production portion (11) on a first plane and the projection of the first part (121) of the ear hook on the first plane ranges from 13 mm to 38 mm.
