Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of allowing a coil spring in a one-way clutch to be extended/contracted while in a stabilized position, without forming a through hole in an outer race. This one-way clutch has an outer race (3), a roller (4), a coil spring (5), a spring cap (6) and a spring sheet (7). The outer race (3) has a pocket part (10) provided deeply recessed toward the outside in the radial direction, and is disposed outside of a shaft member (2) in the radial direction. The roller (4) is accommodated in the pocket part (10). The coil spring (5) is accommodated in the pocket part (10) and biases the roller (4) in the circumferential direction. The spring cap (6) is disposed between the coil spring (5) and the roller (4), and supports at least a portion of the outer circumference of the coil spring (5). The spring sheet (7) is disposed between the coil spring (5) and a wall surface of the pocket part (10), and supports at least a portion of the inner circumference of the coil spring (5).
