Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oligomer preparation apparatus. Provided is an oligomer preparation apparatus comprising: a reactor that is supplied with a monomer stream and a solvent stream to cause an oligomerization reaction and exhausts a first ejection stream as a vapor phase and a second ejection stream as a liquid phase; a vapor-liquid separation device that separates a liquid phase and a vapor phase of the first ejection stream from the reactor and supplies a lower ejection steam as a liquid phase to the reactor; a first transfer line which extends from a lower portion of the vapor-liquid separation device to a region in the reactor at a position higher than a reaction region in the reactor and spaced apart from the inner wall of the reactor, and which transfers the lower ejection stream of the vapor-liquid separation device; a solvent transfer line which transfers the solvent stream into the reactor; a second transfer line which branches off from the solvent transfer line to transfer a portion of the solvent stream into a region in the reactor at a position higher than the height of the first transfer line inside the reactor and spaced apart from the inner wall of the reactor; a first spray nozzle unit which is connected from the end of the first transfer line inside the reactor and has n spray nozzles (n is an integer of 2 or greater) separated from each other; and a second spray nozzle unit which is connected from the end of the second transfer line inside the reactor and has n-1 spray nozzles (n is an integer of 2 or greater) separated from each other.
