Abstract:
An oil pipeline device resistant to cracking during severe cold weather, comprising a pipeline assembly. The pipeline assembly includes an inner pipe (1), an outer pipe (2), a first annular member (3), and a second annular member (4). The inner pipe (1) and the outer pipe (2) are coaxial. The inner pipe (1) is fixedly connected to the outer pipe (2) by means of the first annular member (3) and the second annular member (4). The inner pipe (1), the outer pipe (2), the first annular member (3), and the second annular (4) form an annular cavity (5) filled with water. The device further comprises a heating element (6), a lead-out element (7), and a socket (8). The heating element (6) is placed in the annular cavity (5) and connected to the lead-out element (7). The lead-out element (7) plugs into the socket (8). The device is self-heating, thus reducing the risk of pipeline cracking and improving cold-resistance of the pipeline.
