Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an on-off valve that enables valve leakage to be effectively suppressed, and to provide an assembly method therefor. [Solution] In assembling an on-off valve 1, a seat member 20 is attached to a valve main body 10 by brazing, while a first guide tube 16 is attached to the valve main body 10 by brazing and a second guide tube 17 is attached to the seat member 20 by brazing. An adjustment tool 90 is inserted into a guide section 13 of the valve main body 10 to adjust a valve seat 24 of the seat member 20 attached to the valve main body 10. Subsequently a suction element 40 secured to a cap 30 is inserted into the guide section 13 of the valve main body 10, and the valve main body 10 and the cap 30 are attached by welding.
