Abstract:
Provided are an ocular lens 6 and a related technique, the ocular lens 6 comprising an optical section 4 having a near section provided with a near dioptric power corresponding to a near distance, a distance section provided with a distance dioptric power corresponding to a distance greater than the near distance, and an annular intermediate section connecting the near section and the distance section, a central optical section which is a near section or a distance section being disposed in the center, and an outside optical section which is a distance section or near section not disposed in the center being disposed annularly on an outer edge, and the ocular lens 6 having a front surface disposed on an object side and a rear surface opposite the front surface, the front surface being a synthetic surface obtained from a progressive surface and a toric surface, the cylinder power of the near section being equal to an astigmatism correction power set in the near section, and the cylinder power of the distance section being equal to an astigmatism correction power set in the distance section.
