Abstract:
An object whose surface is to be treated, moving in fluid relative to the movement of the fluid. On the surface of the object, dimples having diameters from 10 to 2,500 μm and a depth of 50 μm or less are continuously formed. Fluid resistance to the object in fluid is significantly smaller than conventionally presented, and the flow of the fluid is greatly improved.
