Abstract:

The purpose of the present disclosure is to obtain a detection rate of an object by an operator in a monitoring center for monitoring automatic operation.　To that end, the present disclosure provides an object detection rate calculation device that calculates, on the basis of the parameter of video quality, which has been acquired from a photographing unit provided to an automatically movable mobile object, and distance information, which represents the distance from the mobile object or the photographing unit to a predetermined object, an object detection rate representing a rate at which the human can detect the predetermined object appearing in video.
