Abstract:
A nut seat structure of an electronic expansion valve and a mounting method therefor. The electronic expansion valve comprises a valve seat (10) and a valve needle (40), the nut seat structure of the electronic expansion valve comprising: a nut seat (20), the nut seat (20) being penetratingly provided in the valve seat (10) and being made of engineering plastics, and the valve needle (40) being penetratingly provided in the nut seat (20); and an insert (30), which is located between the nut seat (20) and the valve seat (10), the outer wall of the insert (30) being in interference fit with the valve seat (10), and the hardness of the insert (30) being greater than that of the nut seat (20). The nut seat (20) is preferably made of PPS materials, and my means of making the nut seat (20) out of engineering plastics, injection molding can thus be carried out.
