Abstract:
This nucleic acid amplification test system comprises: a power supply unit (100) for converting commercial AC power supplied from the outside into DC power and supplying same; a central arithmetic processing unit (200) for controlling heating and cooling of a reaction tube and analyzing and storing data optically measured in the reaction tube; a temperature circulation unit (300) for heating and cooling the reaction tube to amplify a gene of a material contained in the reaction tube; an optical test unit (400) for optically analyzing the material contained in the reaction tube; an optical driving unit (500) for, under operation control by the central arithmetic processing unit (200), driving the optical test unit (400); and an interface unit (600) for inputting an operation command for the test system and outputting a test result.
