Abstract:
A transmission clutch mechanism and a gearbox thereof. The clutch mechanism comprises: a trigger member (1) used for triggering the clutch mechanism to start locking and unlocking actions; a first locking member (2) and a second locking member (3) used for executing the locking and unlocking actions; and a rotary wheel (4). The cross-sectional shape of the first locking member (2) is of an arch-shaped structure. During gear shifting, under the drive of the trigger member (1), the first locking member (2) moves towards the inner profile along the outer profile of the second locking member (3), and when the inner profile is reached, the second locking member (3) abuts against the rotating rotary wheel (4), so as to lock the clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism can complete gear shifting when there is a large load on the rotary wheel (4). During unlocking, the first locking member (2) can be driven by a small driving force and is not affected by the magnitude of the meshing force between the second locking member (3) and the rotary wheel (4), and the unlocking force is small. By means of the tight fit between the components, when the clutch mechanism is in any working state, the first locking member (2) does not affect the function to be executed due to violent vibration, and the anti-vibration performance is better.
