Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a novel slicer, comprising a frame, a front cutting surface and a rear cutting surface mounted on the frame, a blade mounted on the frame and located between the front cutting surface and the rear cutting surface, and a hand protector slidably connected to the upper end of the frame in the length direction of the frame. The hand protector can provide a guiding effect on stability of food; an adjusting plate is slidably connected to the lower end surface of the frame in the length direction; one end of the front cutting surface distant from the rear cutting surface is integrally formed together with the frame; the front cutting surface comprises a fixed surface fixedly connected to the frame and a plurality of adjusting surfaces extending out of a free end of the fixed surface; the adjusting surfaces are successively and obliquely arranged downwards along a direction from a fixed end to the free end; the adjusting plate abuts against the lower ends of the adjusting surfaces. The slicer is simple in structure, and the slicing depth can be conveniently adjusted.
