Abstract:
A novel sleeve, comprising a tubular sleeve body, wherein the inner wall of the sleeve body is provided with a spiral slot path which is wound in an inner peripheral direction of the sleeve body; at least one ring loop is wound on the spiral slot path; the outer wall of the sleeve body is provided with an oil injecting hole and an oil outlet; one end of the spiral slot path communicates with the oil injecting hole, and the other end thereof communicates with the oil outlet; the spiral slot path has a width of 0.1-0.2 cm and a depth of 0.2-0.3 cm; a spiral lead angle of the spiral slot path is 20-25 degrees; the oil injecting hole is a varying-diameter hole with an outer-end hole diameter greater than an inner-end hole diameter; the inner wall (other than the inner wall of the spiral slot path) of the sleeve body is equipped with a copper layer, the copper layer having a thickness of 0.4-0.6 mm; and the inner wall of the spiral slot path is equipped with a surface-roughened lipophilic layer which has a thickness of 1-2 mm and a surface roughness of 0.2-0.4 μm.
