Abstract:
The present application discloses a novel shielding material based connector assembly, and a vehicle. The novel shielding material based connector assembly comprises an electric connection framework and connectors connected to two ends of the electric connection framework; each connector comprises a connection terminal and an inner shell having a shielding effectiveness; the two ends of the electric connection framework are electrically connected to the connection terminals, respectively; the periphery of the electric connection framework is coated with an insulating layer; the insulating layer contains conductive particles in a radial direction; and the conductive particles in at least a part of the insulating layer are distributed in a non-uniform density mode. According to the novel shielding material based connector assembly of the present application, the conductive particles are contained in the insulating layer to replace a woven shielding net, such that the use of shielding net weaving equipment is reduced, the occupied area is small, processing costs of a cable are reduced, and meanwhile, production costs of the connector are reduced.
