Abstract:
A novel rubber hair brush, comprising a brush body (1), a rubber substrate (2), and bristles (3). The rubber substrate (2) comprises an upper bristle fixing convex portion (22), a side protruding flange (23) and a snap-fit base (24); a snap-fit groove (25) is formed between the side protruding flange (23) and the snap-fit base (24); the snap-fit groove (25) can be fitted with the brush body (1); the plurality of bristles (3) are fixed on the bristle fixing convex portion (22); and the bristle fixing convex portion (22) and the side protruding flange (23) form a cavity (21), and the cavity (21) enables the bristle fixing convex portion (22) to have a deformation space. Specifically, the bristle fixing convex portion (22) is curved as a whole, and the protruding flange (23) provides the deformation space for the bristle fixing convex portion (23) in the depth direction; in this way, the bristles (3) located in the middle position or at the edge position on the bristle fixing convex portion (22) all have a full-direction deformation space, so that the whole hair brush is softer when in use, the elasticity of the rubber is stronger, the area and space for achieving elasticity are larger, the hair brush can be better attached to the heads of different users, and the use comfort is improved.
